Digital Account Strategist

  • Leading client and project teams. Maintaining client relationships. Leading and presenting campaign strategies, timelines, budgets, work and updates to agency team and clients.
  • Managing organic and paid social media and digital strategies for cohesive marketing communications efforts and multiple accounts. Understanding how to complement and involve traditional communications strategies into a campaign.
  • Developing engaging social content, calendars and campaigns to meet client goals.
  • Proactively working to create targeting strategies to reach and engage multiple audiences.  Engaging with and responding to audience members as appropriate.
  • Ensuring campaigns are maintained and optimized based on reporting insights.
  • Working hand-in-hand with our media and insights team to create goals and KPIs, then ensuring campaigns are performing as they should.
  • Facilitating the development of creative from brief to finished product.
  • Utilizing and maintaining social media management and agency project management software.
  • Leading agency sales efforts and teams and providing management support as needed.



  • At least five to seven years of agency or related marketing communications experience.
  • Ability to develop digital and marketing communications strategies based on research and analytics.
  • Understanding of, experience with and insight into digital communications strategies and audience targeting.
  • Experience with social media management software, digital advocacy and community building.
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and proven written communications and presentation skills.
  • Experience in energy, transportation, government and/or insurance a plus.
  • Certifications in digital and/or social marketing preferred.  


A bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, public relations, journalism or a related field is preferred.
